A Sobering Reality Check; There is much work to be done

As a researcher I feel a need to address a major problem I have found inherent in modern American society. Some of those who read this article will find it uncomforting, or even offensive, never-the-less this is something that must be said if America is to survive as a nation. I write this article written with conviction and without malice and I offer no apologies as none are due. Plainly put… It’s time to grow up America.

Years ago I began to study things that not many people find interesting, for example, the creation of currencies throughout history. My studies lead me to an understanding of how shells and beads were used as currency, how a “Tally Stick” was used to pay taxes to the king, how gold and silver came about as a medium of exchange, and how in today’s financial marketplace “fiat” currencies have debased earlier currencies from their intrinsic value and the devastating results of corporate financial greed.

Then I started reading books, documents and manuscripts regarding geopolitical issues such as, The Law by Fredrick Bastiat, in which the subject matter is “legal plunder”, Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars drafted by an unknown author, in which the subject matter is how wars can be fought on fronts that touch the common man without destroying the infrastructure that stands around him, and thus bringing entire societies under utter despotism and complete control. I started reading law for myself as it was written and no longer took the words of others for what the law said, and by doing so was afforded the opportunity to come to my own conclusions regarding the law as it is written.

It didn’t take long for me to realize that there is a war being waged upon the middle class of America, and how the very backbone of this once great nation is being broken by the financial institutions that we do business with on a daily basis. The foreclosure crisis we see today is the largest land-grab and the vastest redistribution of wealth in the history of mankind and it is all the results of many of the methods described in some of the literature that I have read.

In the Art of War by a Chinese General, Sun Tsu (500 B.C circa) tells us, “If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” This leads me to question, ‘do we know ourselves at all?’

A month or so before I started Pro Se Foreclosure, my wife convinced me to create a facebook page and join in on conversation in some various groups in where the main focus was foreclosure defense. I agreed to and when I did I started responding to people who were posting information that did not comport to what I had learned after having read the statutes, the rulings and opinions of the higher courts, and law reviews written by well respected legal scholars.

It wasn’t long before I started getting “friend requests” on facebook. Out of curiosity more than anything I started checking out the people who had sent such a request, and I was astounded at what I learned about many adult individuals on facebook, because I want to know something about the personality of whom it is that wants to friend me. What I routinely find is page after page of images of fairies, butterflies, rainbows, angels, flowers, and unicorns. These are “adults”, or so they appear to be though what I see suggests something far removed from adulthood. Any psychologist will tell you that these individuals, lacking the intestinal fortitude to confront reality face to face, identify with these images as an escape mechanism through which they vicariously live out their childhood fantasies so that in some way they do not have to face the harsh reality that they even have an enemy at their gates, and that somehow, magically, everything is going to be all right.

“When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” 1st Corinthians 13:11 (KJV). It’s time to put away these childish things America. Time has come to grow up, and take up your arms and fight. Do not allow yourselves to be distracted by lies, media propaganda, television soap operas, game shows or so-called ‘reality’ TV, and fantasy. In fact if I might offer a suggestion, put your TV on the curb the night before garbage collection. This box poisons your mind and does nothing to help you win the war you are in right now, in fact is does more harm than good, it is a distraction from far more important things in your life. Dancing with the Stars and American Idol will cause us to loose this war, not win it. Wars are not fought or won by children but by adults who have the strength to face reality without blinking, without faltering, railing on relentlessly without fear.

I hope these words mean something to you and cause you to take a very close look inside yourself and determine who you are. I also hope that you take heed of this warning. We are at war, the time is now, and there has never been an opportunity such as the one before us now for us all to come together and defeat our enemy. If we are to ever stand a chance of winning this war, “YOU” are going to have to grow up and focus on what is important and that does not include fairies, butterflies, rainbows, flowers, unicorns, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, or Lady GaGa.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
— Joseph Goebbels

“Of course the people don’t want war. But after all, it’s the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it’s always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it’s a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger.”
— Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials

“Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than live as slaves.”
–Winston Churchill

Of all the infirmities that mankind was born to suffer it is ignorance that I find the least tolerable because ignorance is often the easiest to cure, and the most difficult to convince a man that it is he who suffers from it.
